At Great In Counters, We Take Our Stone Very Seriously.

Great In Counters (GIC) is a vertically integrated sales, service, fabrication & installation organization devoted to expanding sales of Quartz surfaces and natural stone  products throughout the New England area.

Great In Counters charter is to develop a high end kitchen and bath dealer distribution network for the sole purpose of offering the finest countertop material  in the market to each and every potential customer. Our focus is to assist those dealers in every possible way, to make our services the product of choice.

History

In January, 2003, Silestone (Cosentino U.S.) opened Stone Systems of New England, a company owned, state of the art fabrication facility in North Smithfield Rhode Island. .

In February, 2003 Great In Counters began its dealer development program which today encompasses over 90 kitchen and bath dealerships in Eastern Massachusetts, the cape, Rhode Island and Connecticut. In September 2005 Great In Counters starts its commercial division, in October of 2006 Great in Counters began to fabricate natural stone and others quartz surface to provide a better service for our customers.

Policy

Great In Counters primary objective is customer service and to assist customer with their stone needs, help them to understand this great product and the options avalible.

Sales and Operations

Great In Counters is a vertically integrated sales, fabrication and operations organization with 14,000 sq. ft. of office and warehousing facilities, located in Smithfield Rhode Island. GIC handles sales, service scheduling, template, fabrication, install and customer service and is the liaison between customers dealers, and the fabrication center.

All template and install crews are highly trained and certified. all teams are employees and work directly for Great In Counters. GIC runs it own fleet of company install trucks, vans and sales support vehicles. our teams have installed over 10.000 countertops and growing.
